Leading Organizational Learning
(Foundational Course)

Overview - This is the foundational course for the CCLO program. It is designed to provide Chief Learning Officers (CLO) and emerging leaders in the learning community with the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to function effectively as the lead learning professional in their organizations. In this course, students will gain an understanding of the role the CLO plays in maximizing the company's investment in human capital by serving as a strategic performance and change consultant for the organization. Students will focus on the key management issues affecting the CLO, including business process design, talent management, technology integration, and financial planning and evaluation in order to more effectively bring value from learning and development to the strategic goals of the enterprise.
